2. Personal Data Protection
NeuroEdu processes your personal data (e-mail) exclusively for order processing and essential communication. The data is stored securely and is not transferred to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. For the operation of the platform, we use strictly necessary technical partners: the payment processor (Maib) and the e-mail infrastructure service (Resend), who are contractually obliged to ensure the confidentiality of your data.

3. Privacy Policy
NeuroEdu collects only the data strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
Email address: Used exclusively for the delivery of purchased educational materials and the communication of payment confirmations.
Technical data (IP): Collected temporarily for platform security and abuse prevention. We use Throttling mechanisms to block automated requests (bots) and ensure the stability of our API.
4. Order Placement and Payment Options
The user selects the material, fills in the contact information, accept the terms and conditions and is redirected to a secure payment page. Financial security is our priority. NeuroEdu does not collect, process or store your bank card details. At the time of payment, you are redirected to Maib's secure payment gateway. Your card details are entered directly into the bank's system, we only receive confirmation of the transaction's success to unlock your access to the materials.
5. Delivery Conditions
All products on this website are digital (PDF files). Delivery is carried out automatically, immediately after confirmation of payment processing by the banking institution. The client will receive an email at the address entered in the order form. The email contains a secure and unique link to download the purchased material.
Delivery is instant. If the email does not arrive within 15 minutes of completing the payment, please: check your Spam or Promotions folder, contact us at [Your Email Address] support to have the link manually resent. The download link is active for a period of 60 minutes to prevent unauthorized distribution. We recommend that you save the file to your personal device immediately after downloading.
6. Return Policy
In accordance with legislation regarding digital products that are delivered immediately (downloaded), they cannot be returned once the download process has started or the link has been generated. If the file is corrupted or does not match the description, the user has the right to request a new functional copy or correction of the issue within 14 days.
